Wash and cut brinjal, banana and papaya into half inch pieces. Peel, wash and mince ginger, wash and chop coriander leaves. &lt;br /&gt;2)Dry roast one teaspoon of cumin seeds and red chillies in a pan and powder both. &lt;br /&gt;3)Boil four cups of water and add dals, coconut, salt, minced ginger, turmeric and cook until dals are half done. &lt;br /&gt;4)Add potato, pumpkin, brinjal, banana and papaya. Cook until vegetables become tender. Add sugar and mix well. Adjust salt. Heat ghee or oil in a pan add panch phoran and fry till the seeds, splutter. It awesome.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;/strong&gt;:  250gms. minecd meat&lt;br /&gt;              100gms. chana dal&lt;br /&gt;              1 onion&lt;br /&gt;              1" piece ginger&lt;br /&gt;              4 garlic flakes&lt;br /&gt;              1tbsp lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;              2 green chillies.&lt;br /&gt;              1/2 tbsp garam masala&lt;br /&gt;              2tbsp thick curd&lt;br /&gt;              1 tsp oil&lt;br /&gt;              salt, balck pepper,red chilli powder(to taste)       &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedure&lt;/strong&gt;:       &lt;br /&gt;       &lt;em&gt;step &lt;/em&gt;1: First wash &amp; soak chana dal for 1/2 hr.&lt;br /&gt;       &lt;em&gt;step2 &lt;/em&gt;: Boil dal with 3/4 of water for 5 to 6 mins at 100% power in a microwave safe bowl.&lt;br /&gt;       &lt;em&gt;step3&lt;/em&gt;:  microwave the minced  meat in another microwave safe bowl at 80% for 4 to 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;       &lt;em&gt;step4&lt;/em&gt;:  Mix all the ingredients together in a blender &amp; make a smooth dough.&lt;br /&gt;       &lt;em&gt;step5&lt;/em&gt;: Form the kababs of the prepared mixture . Wash and soak rice for 1/2  an hour in 2 cups of water. Drain the water.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add salt and 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the soaked rice. Boil covered at 100% power for 9-10 mins. and then at 60% power for 5-6 mins. in microwave safe bowl. Allow to stand, covered for 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;3. In another microwave safe bowl heat oil at 100% power for 30 secs. Add sliced onions, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder, clove, cumin black cardamom, bay leaves, pepper corns, tomato puree and ginger-garlic paste. Microwave( covered) at 100% power for 5-6 mins.
