Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:

1. 500 gms. paneer(cut into pieces)
2. 1 big capsicum(diced)
3. 1 big tomato(diced)
4. 1 big onion(diced)
For Marinade:
1. 1 cup hung curd
2. 1 tbsp mint leaves
3. 1 tbsp ground coriandre leaves
4. 4 green chillies(paste)
5. 1 tsp lemon juice
6. 2 tbsp garlic paste
7. 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
8. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
9. 1 tbsp chat masala powder
10. salt(to taste)
11. 1 tbsp oil
12. 1 medium cucumber

Method:
1. cut the paneer and vegetables into big pieces
2. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade with paneer and vegetables together and refrigerate for half an hour.
3. place the paneer cubes and diced vegetables on the high rack on microwave safe flat dish/non stick tawa/ and grill for 15 to 20 mins. till golden brown on all the sides.
4. Reposition the marinated paneer and vegetables frequently and brush with oil.
5. sprinkle the chat masala and serve with a cucumber-tomato salad and chuntey.
